Police arrived at a parking garage on the 600 block of Metropolitan Way when Robert Roggatz, 52, approached them holding a box cutter, the newspaper reports. He dropped the knife, but continued to walk toward officers who then shot him with the stun gun.Β Roggatz was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting a peace officer. Β
