Des Plaines Residents Killed in I-294 Crash

The Daily Herald reports the two were killed early Thursday morning.

Two Des Plaines residents are dead after a car crash on I-294 in Elmhurst yesterday, the Daily Herald reports.

Aley Kizhakkeananthakulam, 56, Kunjukunju Krishnan, 72, were killed when a semitrailer truck crashed into the car the two were driving in. Four other vehicles were also involved in the chain-reaction crash. Other injuries are unknown, the newspaper reports.
