Looking for something to do this weekend? Here are some options.

When/Where: Friday, April 13 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 14 at 2 p.m. at the Prairie Lakes Community Center, 515 E. Thacker St. in Des Plaines.

Why Go: Put a spring in your step with this innovative and exciting young dance company as they present their annual dance concert. Choreography for the show was done by Laura Chiuve, Cecilia Ferguson-Bell, Anne Gollenberg and Mary Williams. The Des Plaines School of Dance’s tots-in-motion dancers will be part of a special performance at the show on April 14.

Pricing: Tickets are $8, $5 for dancers and students, children under two are free.
