Tuesday Blotter: Man Spit in Officer’s Face

Battery, Domestic Battery
Frank O’Bryan Delgado, 23, of Aurora, was charged with two counts of battery after an altercation with family members at Rivers Casino, 3000 S. River Road, at 3:25 a.m. on May 13, police stated. As police walked him to the squad car, according to the report, Delgado spit in one of the officer’s face. Prior to police arriving on the scene, after Delgado was handcuffed he bit a security guard’s shoulder, police stated. Delgado was given a court date of June 25 at Skokie courthouse.

A vehicle parked in the 1300 block of E. Webford Avenue was scratched on the trunk and right side sometime between 4 p.m. on May 12 and 10 a.m. on May 13, according to police. Property loss was estimated at $500.

A cell phone was reported missing at Dominick’s, 1555 S. Lee St., after a customer forgot the device on top of an ATM machine between 9:30 p.m. and 9:55 p.m. on May 10, police stated. Property loss was estimated at $500.
