Update: Heart Patient with Dementia Found

was found on Sunday night, according to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office Communications Department.

Frank Bilecki, spokesperson for the sheriff’s office, wrote in an email to Patch, “A concerned citizen called the Melrose Park Police Department after seeing him fall down. Melrose PD and FD responded and it was discovered that he was reported missing.”

Munta was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
