UPDATE: Downers Grove Police Locate Missing Disabled Woman
Police said they found Ellie shortly after 3:30 p.m., just 30 minutes after they issued a village-wide alert about her disappearance.

Downers Grove police have located Ellie, the 25-year-old mentally disabled woman who went missing Tuesday afternoon.
Another community alert was issued just after 3:30 p.m., only 30 minutes after police first notified the public of Ellie's disappearance.

The Downers Grove Police Department is searching for a 25-year-old mentally disabled woman who went missing Tuesday afternoon.
Elisa, who goes by Ellie, was last seen in the 600 block of Summit Street in Downers Grove, police said. Her last name was not provided.
According to the village-wide alert issued around 3 p.m. Tuesday, Ellie is 25 but functions at a 7-year-old level.
Police said Ellie is 5-foot-5, 165 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black jeans, white snowflake socks and possibly glasses.
She is attracted to dogs, police said.
If anyone has any information on Ellie's whereabouts, they should contact police immediately by calling 911.
