GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney may feel lucky having landed last week as the top choice of Patch's unscientific : Who would you vote for if the primary were held today?

Romney edged out President Obama, capturing 29 percent of the vote to Obama's 27 percent. Rick Santorum and Ron Paul tied with 20 percent of the vote, and Newt Gingrich was a distant fifth with 2 percent.
