Woodridge Police Reports: DUI, Property Damage, Trespass
The Woodridge Police Department reported crimes and arrests through Sept. 18

At approximately 12:59 a.m. Sept. 11, Luis Perez, age 22 of the 5100 block of Elmwood Avenue in Downers Grove, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding 38 miles over the speed limit, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and driving with expired license plates following a traffic stop at 75th Street at College Road.
A criminal damage to property was reported at approximately 8:07 a.m. Sept. 11 at Echo Point Park, 8115 Woodridge Drive. Someone damaged a park bench and broke the padlock on the electrical outlet box located in the gazebo.

09/13/2015 Two burglaries from motor vehicles occurred at approximately 4:23 p.m. Sept 13 at Orchard Hill Park, 8413 Janes Ave. Someone broke out windows of two parked vehicles and removed miscellaneous items.
At approximately 8:48 p.m. Sept 13, Edward Hall, age 22 of the 2200 block of Country Club Drive in Woodridge, was charged with criminal trespass to property following an incident in the 2500 block of Waterbury Drive.

A criminal damage to property occurred sometime between 8 and 9:30 a.m. Sept. 15 in the 2700 block of Davey Road. Someone slashed the driver’s side tires of a parked car.
A burglary from motor vehicle occurred sometime between 10 p.m. Sept. 15 and 6 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 9000 block of Lancaster Lane. Someone removed the front license plate from a parked vehicle.
A theft occurred at approximately 4:56 p.m. Sept. 16 at Jefferson Junior High School, 7200 Janes Ave. Someone removed a cellphone from a backpack.
At approximately 5:52 p.m. Sept. 16, Raymond Bevans, age 54 of the 8300 block of David Drive in Woodridge, was charged with disorderly conduct following a disturbance in the 8300 block of David Drive.
