After 21 years in local classrooms and leadership roles, she’s emphasizing trust, collaboration, and student-focused decision-making to strengthen the district’s future. 
• Red-hot Eagles: Bethalto hockey rolls past EA-WR 10-1 (thetelegraph.com) — Hockey fans in East Alton saw a big night at the East Alton Ice Arena, where Bethalto topped East Alton-Wood River 10-1 behind four-goal performances from Austin Hodge and Jackson Albright. Despite missing key players, the Oilers’ freshman goalie Troy Ayers impressed in his first start, while both teams now look ahead to their next MVCHA matchups.
