Community Leader: Local Mayor 'Gets Things Done'

HANOVER PARK, IL — Without community leaders, Hanover Park wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We’d miss their contributions in big and small ways.

What does this community leader do?

Everything. Fights for us citizens in the community, hires competent people that get things done including all the departments but especially the police, fire, public works, and all related staff. Always treat the community with the utmost respect while making things right. I love our mayor and our town of Hanover Park. I've seen much in my 44 years here.

Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?

He's a good and caring man for the people of the community. He spends an enormous amount of his own time to make this town better for everyone. He has succeeded more than most other majors.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

Just a regular kind of guy who manages to get things done where majors in other communities lack.
