YORKVILLE, IL — Yorkville police on Monday announced charges against an Elgin woman in connection with the death of a 33-year-old man last month at a Yorkville business. Police said Adilene Manzanarez, 30, of the 0-100 block of Crystal Street, is charged with involuntary manslaughter, possession of a controlled substance and obstructing justice. Kendall County jail records indicate Manzanarez was booked into custody on Saturday. Her bail is set at $100,000. As of Monday morning, she remained in custody.
