Jean Diamond joins Oak Crest Residence as Care Coordinator
Looks forward to working with staff to support and carry out the tradition and mission of Oak Crest
Oak Crest Residence in Elgin is pleased to announce the addition of Jean Diamond, RN, as its Care Coordinator.
A graduate of Elgin Community College, Diamond has been a practicing registered nurse for 36 years, including as a school nurse for an elementary school in Woodstock, Illinois.
“Both of my grandmothers lived at Oak Crest years ago and it was a blessing to our family,” said Diamond. ‘When a family needs to make a loving, yet difficult, decision to find a new home for a loved one, Oak Crest meets the family right where they are during this time. I am thrilled to share my nursing experience with compassion and look forward to working with staff to support and carry out the excellent tradition and mission of Oak Crest. As I meet the residents, I also will be introducing myself to their families as well. I feel blessed to be back at Oak Crest.”

In hiring Diamond for the position, Susan Cincinelli, Oak Crest executive director, said, “I am delighted to welcome Jean to our team.
