Man Hit, Killed By Vehicle On Christmas Eve: Police

BARTLETT, IL — A Streamwood man who was hit by a vehicle on Christmas Eve while walking on Lake Street in Bartlett has died.
The 41-year-old man, who has been identified as Enrique Mendez, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which happened just before 6 p.m. at Lake Street and Club Tree Drive, according to the Daily Herald.
