• December Workshop Meeting (lincolndailynews.com) — Logan County Board members advanced a transportation agreement to design replacements for two box culverts near Elkhart, a project that could affect local roads and drainage. At their December 10 workshop, they also moved forward on courthouse restoration funding, county engineer pay, stricter energy project fees, and choosing a new health insurance broker for county employees.
