Crummy Trespasser Probably Snacked in Elmhurst Woman's Car

A woman reported nothing was missing from her car or garage in the 600 block of Fairview, but a few clues led her to suspect a trespasser had been there, and maybe eaten there, between Sept. 6 and 7.

She noticed the passenger side front floor mat was on the passenger seat, according to Elmhurst police.

When she moved the mat, she found a piece of plastic on the seat that looked like it had been ripped from the top of a food bag. She also found crumbs on the passenger seat.
