Elmhurst D205 Candidates Respond To Questions

ELMHURST, IL – Patch submitted questionnaires to the nine candidates running for four seats on the Elmhurst School District 205 board in the April 4 election.

The candidates are incumbents Beth Hosler and Courtenae Trautmann and newcomers Kelly Asseff, Tom Chavez, Kelly Henry, Lan Li, Linda Nudera, Jammie Esker Schauer and Ben Zulauf.

Board members Karen Stuefen and Chris Kocinski decided against running again.

Patch asked candidates about falling standardized test scores, the recent tax hike, critical race theory and sex education, among other issues.

School board members are not paid.
