Elmhurst Market Trends for August 2016

Elmhurst home sales for the month of August rose in volume by 16.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 5% from $439,000 to $417,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 20.7%, while the median sale price decreased by 0.8% from $448,750 to $445,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 12.5%, while the median sale price rose by 24.3% from $207,450 to $257,900.
