A juvenile driving a red Ford Mustang was pulled over Sept. 4 for speeding 75 mph and higher in a 30 mph zone and for squealing tires at Berteau and North avenues.The juvenile was arrested and charged under a local ordinance with speeding and illegal screeching/squealing of tires, according to Elmhurst police.The juvenile was released on bond.
