Elmhurst police were called at 3:58 a.m. Oct. 1 to help an unfortunate cab driver who had an "out of control" drunk guy in the back seat of his taxi in the 600 block of North York.Tomas Villarreal, age 39 of the 100 block of North Clara Place in Elmhurst, had reportedly broken the inside light and the rear passenger window switch in the cab, according to Elmhurst police.Villarreal was arrested, charged with criminal damage to property and released on bond.
