Skimming Devices Found on Gas Station Pumps in Elmhurst

Elmhurst police were informed about possible skimming devices on gas station pumps.
Skimming devices are usually put over an ATM’s card reader to collect PIN and debit card information.

Two devices were found on pumps in the 100 block of West Third Street, according to Elmhurst police. They were removed Sept. 18 and turned over to a Secret Service agent, police reported.
