Want to Win Free Movie Tickets for a Year? It's Easy: Just Predict the Oscars Perfectly

Correctly guessing Oscar winners this February could get you free movie tickets for a year, Classic Cinemas announced in a release Tuesday.

Anyone over the age of 16 can enter the annual “Predict the Oscars” contest, according to the release. All you have to do is enter the contest when you visit any one of 14 Classic Cinemas locations in Chicagoland. Only one entry per day is allowed.

Winners will be chosen from a pool of correct entries, the release states. To qualify for that winning pot, you must correctly guess the following categories: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Supporting Actor and Best Animated Film.

The contest is co-sponsored by Francesca’s Restaurants and the Brookfield Zoo, both of which will contribute major prizes for the lucky winner. First-place will receive free movie tickets for two for a year, $200 to Francesca’s and two tickets to the Brookfield Zoo.

Five second-place winners will be chosen to receive a $100 Classic Cinemas gift card and two zoo passes, according to the release. Anyone else who guessed correctly but wasn’t chosen for a prize will get a pair of zoo tickets.

The Oscars, which will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, will take place Sunday, Feb. 26. Entry to the contest is allowed through business hours the day before.
