Woman Who Believed Neighbors Would Hit Her With Car Put License Plate Number in Window: Cops

A neighbor dispute in the 100 block of Arlington led a woman to display her neighbor’s license plate number in her apartment window Sept. 10.

The woman believed her neighbors have been trying to hit her with their cars and have been threatening her, according to Elmhurst police.

Police told her she can’t put a license plate number in her window if she’s upset with someone, and the sign was taken down.
