4 Evanston Entrepreneurs Make Crain’s ‘Twenty In Their 20s’ List

The young businessmen and women work at three Evanston companies.

Crain’s singled out four young Evanston entrepreneurs from three companies who doing notable work in their field in its “Twenty In Their 20s” List this week.

“They're eager. They're innovative. And they're not yet 30,” Crain’s says of its picks. “Introducing 20 locals who are making their mark on their respective industries – and whose names you should know now.

Northwestern senior Zoe Damacela, 22, is a fashion entrepreneur with her own line of clothing.

Allison Hebron, 27, is COO of Resonance Medical Technologies, which is working with Northwestern researchers to bring an inner-ear medication pump to market that will help restore hearing.

Mert Iseri, 23, and Yuri Malina, 26, co-founded SwipeSense, which makes a hand sanitizer that clips to doctors and nurses’ clothing and monitors their use in order to encourage cleaner hands.
