Evanston Downtown Farmers Market Set To Start 48th Season
The market opens for the spring on Saturday and will feature more than 50 vendors offering an array of fruits, vegetables, and baked goods.

EVANSTON, IL – The 48th season of the Evanston downtown farmer’s market kicks off on Saturday just as temperatures are beginning to feel like spring.
The market, which has been recognized as the best suburban farmer’s market, will open at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and remain open until 1 p.m., a schedule that will continue through Nov. 4. The market will be held at University Place and Oak Avenue behind the Hilton Garden Inn.
Disabled and senior shoppers will be available to have access to the market beginning at 7 a.m., organizers said.

This season, more than 50 vendors will sell a wide variety of goods, including fruits, vegetables, meat, flowers, cheese, baked goods, and other offerings.
Free parking is available in the 1800 Maple Self Park Garage with ticket validation at the City of Evanston tent.
