George L. Hitt, 94, of Evanston. Beloved husband of the late Betty Hitt nee Nehrlich; loving father of Roger (Denise) Hitt and Susan (Gary) Langhoff; proud grandfather of Krista (Randy) Davis, and Ryan (Kelly) Hitt, Elizabeth (Evan) Brus, Melissa Langhoff; great-grandfather of Keegan and Kailey; caring uncle of many; fond brother-in-law of Lois Soderquist; dear friend of Mary Potts.

Visitation Monday, August 4, 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 12:00 p.m. at Donnellan Family Funeral Home, 10045 Skokie Blvd. at Old Orchard Rd., Skokie, IL 60077. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
