Jeffrey E. Ruesch, 58, born & raised in Evanston, Ill. passed away peacefully at home in Knollwood, Ill. on July 27, 2014.
Retired from the Lake Forest Fire Department after 22 years.

Husband of Helga Olson-Key for 23 years; father of Randy Ruesch & Becky Ruesch; stepfather of Maggie Olson-Key (Dr. Casey Burchill); son of Josephine Ruesch and the late Richard E. Ruesch; brother of Debbie (Don) Beres and Patti Ruesch; He will also be missed by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Jeff would appreciate donations in his memory to be made to an organization close to his heart: Placing Paws of Illinois, P.O. Box 121, Libertyville, IL 60048.
