Evanston Ranks High Among Top Bike-to-Work Cities

Evanston ranks 15th on a list of top bike-to-work U.S. cities, according to a Bloomberg report. It is the only Illinois city to make the Top 25 list.

The article says 5.3 percent of residents bike to work in Evanston. Davis, CA ranks No. 1 with 19.1 percent of commuters pedaling their way to work. Closer to home, Madison, WI ranks No. 9 with 6.2 percent and Ann Arober is No. 18 with 4.9 percent.
