Feedback on Evanston's Diversity and Inclusiveness Sought by City
Residents can take a survey through Nov. 14.

The following is from the City of Evanston:
The City of Evanston’s Human Relations Commission is asking residents to help it identify priorities for the next three years by taking a brief survey to assess the climate of diversity and inclusion in the city. Feedback from the survey will be used by the commission to inform two important planning instruments: the Diversity and Inclusion Assessment and the Human Relations Commission 2015-2017 Work Plan. The survey is anonymous and community members are encouraged to provide their open and candid responses. It should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete the survey.
Residents can take the survey online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/KBDXMRC or by calling 847-448-4311. Surveys will be accepted through November 14, 2014 .
