There is a variety of tuition available for Roycemore. One of the school’s most comprehensive financial aid opportunities is the Robert Eisner Distinguished Scholar Program, a full-tuition merit scholarship program that can be renewed for all subsequent years of a student's time at Roycemore.
The program was established in memory of world-renowned economist, Mr. Robert Eisner. Eisner was an important staple of the Evanston community and was a long-time benefactor of Roycemore School, and Roycemore honors his contributions by continuing his legacy. As an advisor to presidents, governments, and the educational community during the course of his long and distinguished career, Eisner exemplified the core values of the school.

At Roycemore, each student is seen as an individual full of endless possibility and potential. A current middle school parent noted, “Before Roycemore, our child dreaded school; now they start each school day with enthusiasm. Their intellect has grown exponentially, and they feel welcome and safe each day when they walk through the doors.”
Roycemore values creating opportunities for every student to reach their full potential and have access to the education they deserve. Helping to make this possible are financial aid options for both current and applying students.
Each year, at least one Eisner Scholarship is awarded to a rising 9th or 10th grade student based on a number of factors. The selection committee looks at academic achievement, social justice and civic engagement work, and leadership abilities to find students who will enrich the school environment. Scholarships are renewed each subsequent year, so long as the student maintains a 3.0 grade point average and contributes positively to the school; Eisner scholars can truly be any student.
The Eisner Scholarship application process aims to provide a comprehensive view of a student's abilities by including teacher recommendations, standardized test results, school records, and a writing sample. Finalists are also asked to participate in a virtual interview process. Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, Angela Peters Murphy, talks about the benefits of having the Eisner Scholarship at Roycemore: "We are so grateful that we can make Roycemore accessible to successful students through this Scholarship. Each year the selection committee is extremely impressed by the motivated and talented students that apply. We are honored to have Eisner Scholars represent Roycemore."
