Gunfire Reported on Custer

Police investigated a report that someone fired a gun in the 500 block of Custer Avenue at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23. Nothing was found in the area.

Known Offender Punches Victim

A known male offender punched his victim in the face at 3 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, in the 1700 block of Ridge Avenue, according to police.

Arrests: Battery, Possession of Cannabis

Matthew Edward Kajmowicz, 24, of the 8400 block of Arrowhead Farm in Burr Ridge, was arrested and charged with battery at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, at the police station, according to police.

Madeline G. King, 23, of the 4500 block of North Beacon in Chicago, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis at 1:54 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, in the 300 block of Custer Avenue, according to police.

Graffiti Found Around Evanston

Police found graffiti in the 600 block of Mulford Street on Friday, Oct. 18.

Police found graffiti at Davis and Maple, in the 1100 block of Chicago Avenue and in the 2600 block of Gross Point Road on Oct. 23, 2013.
