Missing Chicago Man Sought, May Need Medical Help: Police
Police say he was last seen in Evanston on Dec. 30. If you see him, they want your call.
EVANSTON, IL — A 20-year-old man has been declared missing and was last seen in Evanston, according to a release from the Chicago Police Department. Noah Halman was last seen on Dec. 30.
Police describe him as having light complexion, standing 5-foot-11, weighing about 160 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair.
He was born in March 1999.
