A 15-year-old girl from Evanston who went missing July 24 was found Saturday on Chicago’s South Side and is safe, according to Evanston Police Cmdr. Jason Parrott.
Alishianna Harris, who has cognitive disabilities, has been reported missing a number of times in the past several months, police said when they issued an alert asking for the public’s help finding her.
