Photo Contest to Capture a Day in the Life of Evanston
Do you love taking photos? The City of Evanston invites professional and amateur photographers to enter its summer photo contest by capturing the beauty of Evanston on Saturday, Aug. 10.
Capture the beauty of Evanston through your camera lens and your photo could be selected to be featured in the summer 2013 edition of Day in the Life of Evanston.
The city's second annual summer photo contest will be held Saturday, Aug. 10. Local professional an amateur photographers of all ages are invited to enter.
Photos must be taken on this single day, and may be submitted beginning Sunday at www.cityofevanston.org/dayinthelife. Submission will be accepted through Aug. 16.
Photos will be judged on: Composition, Technical (in focus, good exposure, rich colors), Originality and Uniqueness to Evanston.
All submitted photos will be posted on the City of Evanston's website and 32 photos will be selected to be part of our Day in the Life of Evanston, Summer 2013 Edition printed photo book, which will be made available for purchase.
