Pride's ALIVE is the second of Central Street Evanston's First Fridays series, which began last month with a celebration of the beginning of spring.

“The goal of First Fridays is to create a themed series to build community engagement and build excitement through each First Friday leading up to the final event, our first annual Busker Fest on Saturday, September 20,” said Angela Shaffer, Community Director. “Busker Fest will bring the “unexpected” to Central Street Evanston with local and regional musicians, dancers, live statues, magicians and more with our First Fridays laying the foundation.”
