Survey: Crown Rec Center Donation Drive Could Net Millions
A consultant for the City of Evanston has been studying the fundraising potential for the renovation of the Robert Crown Recreation Center.
Representatives from Community Counselling Service Co. LLC told the Evanston City Council this week there is sufficient evidence to proceed with a fundraising campaign for the Robert Crown Recreation Center.
This evidence was based on more than 50 one-on-one interviews in addition to over 800 responses to an on-line survey to gauge financial support for the project, according to a feasibility study.
A fundraising drive could generate $3 million to $24 million, Evanston Now reported.
