Evergreen Park Community High School Homecoming Fan Fest Offers Fun For All Ages

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Be a part of Mustang Nation when the highly popular Homecoming Fan Fest returns to Evergreen Park Community High School. The event is filled with fun and planned just prior to the kickoff of the Mustangs’ Homecoming football game against Reavis High School, of Burbank.

Homecoming Fan Fest runs from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, will include fun activities for all ages. Planned activities include free games and inflatables, face painting, food vendors including a taco truck, a photo booth, chalk the walk and much more.

Activities will be held along Mayor James Sexton Drive, the parkway located between the school building and athletic fields just south of 99th Street. A number of EPCHS clubs and sports teams will have information booths at the event, as will a number of Evergreen Park-based organizations and local businesses.

“This year's Fan Fest is bigger and better than ever, with three times the number of activities and three times the fun,” said Amy Kazin, director of activities at EPCHS. “We're excited not only to have more of our clubs represented, but quite a few community business partners as well.”

“All activities are free and lots of game day treats are available for purchase,” Kazin added. “Come for Fan Fest, stay for the game, and be part of Mustang Nation for the day.”
