Man With Goatee Robs Credit Union, Flees In Box Truck, FBI Confirms

The FBI confirmed that a man robbed the Scott Credit Union branch Wednesday morning in Evergreen Park.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — The FBI confirmed that the Scott Credit Union branch, 9059 S. Kedzie Ave., in Evergreen Park was held up Wednesday morning.

The suspect was wearing a mask and a black jacket with a security logo. He is described as 6-foot-2-inches and had a goatee. His race is unknown at this time.

Reports said he fled north on Kedzie in a white box truck.

The credit union was robbed last year by a “verbally threatening” bandit, according to the FBI.
