Registration Open Now For Spotlight On 99th Street Theater Grades 4-12
Summer musical camp returns to Evergreen Park High School with performance of 'Beetlejuice Jr.' for grades 4-12. Registration open now.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Evergreen Park Community High School's Spotlight on 99th Summer Theater Camp registration is now open! Performers entering grades 4-12 are invited to be part of the cast of "Beetlejuice, Jr.” Evergreen Park residency not required.
The theater camp runs from June 2 through June 26 for rehearsals and stagecraft at varying times at EPCHS, 9901 S. Kedzie Ave. Performances will take place in the high school auditorium June 26 though June 28. Sellout crowds are expected with the recent release of the new film and the musical’s reappearance in the Broadway In Chicago series
Amy Kazin, a 1991 EPCHS alum and the school's director of activities and division chair for art, music, industrial technology and world languages, will direct the camp. Kazin has been directing shows at the high school since 2000. Students will also have the chance with other community theater veterans and EPCHS theater alumni and students.

The cost of the camp is $225 for Evergreen Park residents and $250 for non-residents. Tuition includes 3 weeks of instruction, the student script/workbook for the production, a show t-shirt and a post-show cast party on June 28.
Tickets for the show are $5. Campers will need basic clothing to serve as a costume for the show, depending upon their character.
