Reindog Parade And Santa Wonderland Kick Off Evergreen Park Holidays
Evergreen Park's new holiday event features a vendor fair, kids activities, Santa, songs and much more Saturday, Dec. 7, at Klein Park.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Immerse yourself in the Yuletide spirit at a new Evergreen Park holiday event this Saturday, Dec. 7, for “Santa’s Wonderland and Reindog Parade.” The holiday celebration runs from 1 to 6:30 p.m. at Klein (Circle) Park, 3450 W. 97th St.
What better way to kick off the holiday season than with a Reindog Parade. Get your pooch all gussied up in their Christmas finery for the promenade around the park. There will be a prize for the best dressed pet and pet photos with Santa, as well as delicious dog cookies to buy.
More wonderment immediately follows for Santa’s Wonderland, featuring a vendor fair, trackless train, bouncy houses, holly jolly trolley, winter wagon rides, cookie decorating, characters, pony rides, adult beverages, Christmas music and the annual tree lighting.
