$650K Winning Lottery Ticket Sold At Frankfort Gas Station

FRANKFORT, IL — A $650,000 winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket was sold at a Frankfort gas station, according to the Illinois Lottery. The Quick Pick ticket matched all five winning numbers — 2, 12, 26, 28 and 35 — in Sunday's drawing, the lottery said Monday.

The winning ticket was sold at the Speedway gas station, 22310 S. LaGrange Road, according to the lottery. The station will receive $6,500 for selling the ticket.

Lottery officials urge the winner to sign the back of the ticket and visit one of the state agency's five prize centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Rockford, Springfield or Fairview Heights. The winner has a year to claim his or her winnings.
