Comedy for Critters 'Collars' Stand-up Routine by WGN-TV Morning News Team

Comedy for Critters is a fundraiser to support TLC Animal Shelter, 13016 W. 151st St, Homer Glen, two members of the WGN-TV Morning News—sports anchor Pat Tomasulo and Mike Toomey, a comic fixture on Morning News, playing such characters as Skip Parker, Batman, Greg Smith the Reluctant Vampire, Lord of the Limerick and more—will be performing stand-up routines to draw a crowd to Comedy for Critters.

And that's not all! The fundraiser begins with a fish fry from 6-8 p.m. Sept. 27 at the VFW, 323 Old Hickory Road in New Lenox. The comedy starts at 9 p.m. Tickets are $20 can be purchased in advance at TLC or at Tuckers Doggie Delights, 2011 Calistoga Drive. Tickets at the door are $25.
