Decorate Holiday Cards For Seniors In Frankfort

FRANKFORT, IL — Brighten someone's holiday season by creating holiday cards with the Frankfort Park District's Holiday Cards for Seniors community project.

The deadline to create cards is Dec. 8, and you can drop them off at Founders Community Center, 140 Oak St.

The park district is looking for anyone who would like to make cards, color pictures, or even write inside store-bought cards. The park district will gather the cards, so they can be distributed to Frankfort facilities in the community.

"The staff would love to reach a goal of 400 cards, and if we can reach more, that would be amazing," the park district said.
