Driver Charged With Felony Pot Possession: Cops
PLUS: Mokena man charged with misdemeanor resisting an officer, according to Frankfort police.

FRANKFORT, IL — The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department unless otherwise noted. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
Resisting an Officer
Mouhammed A. Hamideh, 24, of the 19300 block of Tara Court, Mokena, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor resisting/obstructing a police officer during an incident at around 9:35 a.m. Oct. 11 in the 20100 block of LaGrange Road. His next court date is Nov. 5.
Outstanding Warrant
Robert F. DiBenedetto, 34, of the 900 block of Ogden Road, New Lenox, was arrested on an outstanding Kendall County warrant at around 5:40 p.m. Oct. 12 at the Frankfort Police Department. His next court date is Oct. 29.

Felony Pot Possession
Paul F. Montgomery, 18, of the 400 block of Ohio Road, was arrested and charged with felony marijuana possession with intent to deliver, as well as misdemeanor counts of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at around 1:40 p.m. Oct. 13, near Cedar and Lincoln lanes. He also was cited for driving without insurance, making an improper turn and disobeying a stop sign. He was booked into Will County Jail.
