DUI, Reckless Driving Charges For Frankfort Man After Accident
Arrests made and citations issued by Frankfort police and the Will Co Sheriff's Office from June 19-25.

FRANKFORT, IL — The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department unless otherwise noted. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
DUI
Bret Bialka, 26, of the 20200 S. Rosewood Drive in Frankfort was arrested for driving under the influence, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, reckless driving, driving with an expired registration, driving without insurance and improper lane use stemming from a traffic incident June 12 in the 8000 block of West Westport Drive, according to the Will County Sheriff's Office.
Bialka was released on bond, and his next court date is July 5.

Suspended License
Linda M. McCahill, 49, of the 600 block of Livingston Drive, New Lenox, was cited for illegal use of a cellphone and driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop at around 8:55 a.m. June 19, near 95th Avenue and Lincoln Highway.
McCahill's next court date is July 5.

Retail Theft
Jennifer N. Jahovic, 39, of the 7500 block of Grand Avenue, Hammond, Indiana, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft in an incident at around 3:15 p.m. June 22 in the 21000 block of LaGrange Road, according to Frankfort police.
Two more separate retail thefts also were reported June 22 in the 21000 block of LaGrange. Miscellaneous items were stolen in those cases, which happened just after 7:30 p.m., police said.
