Felony Retail Theft Charge For Worth Man
PLUS: A 47-year-old Richton Park man arrested for felony obstruction of justice during a traffic stop.

FRANKFORT, IL — The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department unless otherwise noted. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
Vehicle Break-In
Items were reported stolen Sept. 27 from a locked vehicle parked in the 21000 block of LaGrange Road.
Obstruction of Justice
Justin K. Hollivay, 23, of the 5300 block of Bentgrass Avenue, Richton Park, was arrested for felony obstruction of justice and cited for driving with a suspended license during a traffic stop at 9:40 a.m. Sept. 27 near Laraway and LaGrange roads. Hollivay was taken to Will County Jail and was released.

DUI
Michael D. Albrecht, 21, of the 800 block of First Court, Manhattan, was cited driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content more than 0.08, speeding, improper lane use and improper turn during a traffic stop at around 3:50 p.m. Sept. 30, near Lincoln Highway and Wolf Road. He was released on bond, and his next court date is Nov. 6.
Burglary
Items were reported stolen Oct. 1 from a business in the 20200 block of LaGrange Road. Signs of forced entry were present, and the alarm was activated, according to police.

Retail Theft
Gregory G. Vik, 47, of the 10400 block of Southwest Highway, Worth, was charged with felony theft Oct. 1 following an incident at a business in the 21000 block of LaGrange Road. He's being held at Will County Jail on $45,000 bail.
