FRANKFORT, IL — Frankfort foodies will have a chance to try out some of the village's finest fare when Frankfort Mayor Keith Ogle's Taste of Frankfort returns Tuesday.

The political fundraising event is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at CD&ME, 23320 S. LaGrange Road in Frankfort.

“Everyone enjoyed the event last fall and ticket sales are already ahead of last year," Ogle said. "It truly does provide residents and visitors a chance to sample some of the best food in the region. There will also be a photo booth, as well, and it is just a great networking event with other people. We look forward to another fun and lively event."

The event is a political fundraiser for Ogle, as it was for Holland before him; however, no part of the Village of Frankfort is involved in the sponsorship of Taste of Frankfort, Ogle said.

Tickets for Taste of Frankfort are $50 and include samplings from all the restaurants at the event. There are also various sponsorship levels still available for those interested. Tickets can be purchased by following this link.
