Frankfort Board Approves 3-Year Contract For Holiday Lights, Decorations
The contract includes holiday lights and decorations for Village Hall, police department, Breidert Green and the Route 30/45 entrance sign.
FRANKFORT, IL — In preparation for the holiday season, the Frankfort Village Board has approved a holiday lighting and decoration services contract for 2025, 2026 and 2027.
At its Monday meeting, the Board approved the contract with Wingren Landscape, Inc. The total cost of the contract is $203,269; breaking down into $65,997 for 2025, 68,636 for 2026 and $68,636 for 2027.
Trustee Adam Borrelli said the contract is for "holiday lightning and decoration services at the Village Hall, the police department, Breidert Green and the Route 30/45 entrance sign."

Wingren is the same contractor the Village has used previously, according to Board documents. Some services include tree installation, ornament installation, light installation, wreath, garland and bow installation.
