Dance Studio's Second Location Moves Forward In Frankfort

FRANKFORT, IL — At its Monday meeting, the Frankfort Village Board approved a special use permit for indoor recreation for a new dance studio in the Laraway Center Business Park.

Southwest Synergy Dance would be located at 748-752 Center Road.

Southwest Synergy Dance is a dance studio for children and teens. The special use permit included a condition of a minimum 15-minute break between studio classes to accommodate parking turnover, according to Board documents.

Southwest Synergy Dance operates a location in Tinley Park, and this would be a second location for the business.

Board documents state that the space is currently three units that will be combined into one 7,200-square-foot dance studio.
