Frankfort Board Approves Employment Agreement With Village Administrator

FRANKFORT, IL — The Frankfort Board approved an employment agreement between the Village and Village Administrator Rob Piscia at Monday's Board meeting.

"This agreement outlines the professional duties of the Village Administrator, compensation terms and other standard employment provisions associated with the position," Mayor Keith Ogle said.

According to Board documents, the agreement will begin starting from May 1, and runs concurrently with the term of the Village President. The base salary for the position is $215,000 annually.

The Village Administrator is required to reside within the Village corporate limits, according to the agreement.

According to the Village, Piscia was appointed Village Administrator in September 2017. He started his career with the Village in 1986 as a part-time police officer, and has served previously as the police chief, finance director, HR/benefits coordinator and assistant village administrator.
