Frankfort Board Approves New Coffee Shop In Cappel Commons
The Board approved a special use permit for Solyne Coffee, at 21000 S. Frankfort Square Road, Unit A.
FRANKFORT, IL — A new business selling coffee and bakery items will be coming soon to Frankfort, in the Cappel Commons development off of Frankfort Square Road.
At Monday's Frankfort Village Board meeting, the Board approved a special use permit for Solyne Coffee, at 21000 S. Frankfort Square Road, Unit A.
At the same meeting, the Board also approved a special use permit for a coffee lounge, Dimes Coffee.

According to Board documents, the name "Solyne" is a combination of the French words for sun and moon.
Applicant Wdian Al Haj Rahmon told the Village's plan commission that the coffee shop is a small family-owned business, according to Board documents. She did not have a menu yet, but said that the business will offer cappuccino and coffee, with Middle Eastern and European bakery items.
